Far too many of us were raised believing that if we could just get a good job then everything would be ok. That was all we needed to do, find a good job and stay there. But I believe that this is the wrong mindset. Not only does it leave us dependent on an employer, but it also leaves us with very little control over our lives. A job is just the beginning! It's just a tool to use to get you to where you want to be in life.
