Lavonne serves at True North church at their Mullica Hill & Collingswood, New Jersey campuses as a worship director AND nEXT STEPS MEMBER. She loves the opportunity to share the message of hope and God's love through music.
She is also the founder of Love Blueprint Inc. a nonprofit that provides people with a “moMENT of encouragement" by receiving toiletries, clothes, food, and resources.
LAVONNE RECEIVED A MASTER OF ARTS DEGREE FROM EASTERN UNIVERSITY IN ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP AS WELL AS A BACHELORS IN LIBERAL STUDIES AND A MINOR IN CHILDHOOD STUDIES FROM RUTGERS UNIVERSITY. SHE ALSO OBTAINED AN ASSOCIATE'S DEGREE AT CAMDEN COUNTY COLLEGE IN EARLY-CHILDHOOD EDUCATION.
SHE IS CURRENTLY WORKING TOWARDS AN A DEGREE IN PRACTICAL MINISTRY LEADERSHIP AT TRUE NORTH COLLEGE.
