According to a post on his verified Facebook profile, Meat Loaf, the larger-than-life singer whose 1977 album “Bat out of Hell” is one of the best-selling albums of all time, has died at the age of 74.
The statement added, “Our hearts are shattered to say that the magnificent Meat Loaf died away today with his wife Deborah by his side.”
