After three years, Drew spent two years interning in the private sector and at Arizona State University, then spent two seasons working with minor league affiliates for the Houston Astros and Boston Red Sox. Following his time in pro baseball, Drew spent seven years working in college athletics with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, University of Redlands, and Castleton University. Drew is currently a strength & conditioning specialist working with the 4th Infantry Division of the United States Army.
