Hello Procrasti-Nation!
This week, I watched an ESPN 30 for 30 documentary called ‘Be Water’ about the legendary Bruce Lee, and it prompted me to share what I learned about the iconic martial artist and iconic action movie star.
I found out loads about his life, unwavering determination, incredible athleticism and personal philosophy which is as prevalent today as it was when he was alive.
If you know nothing about Bruce Lee, you will become a fan and if you are already a Bruce Lee fan, you will love him even more!
I also delve into my memories of watching his films as a kid and there’s some lovely nostalgic nonsense in this episode too, including my unsuccessful foray into martial arts in rural Aberdeenshire. Enjoy!
