What protects the church and me as a member of it from following wrong teachings? What tells me if my worship is correct and I’m following the right path in my faith? How can I have that confidence of my final destination when I stand in front of Christ on the last day?

Am I doubting what Christ has done for me on the cross? Do I doubt that I am His child and do I live every day in the joy of knowing that fact? Am I following in Christ’s footsteps through the spiritual sense awakened in me by His Holy Spirit given to me at baptism?
