He spent his first 17 years on the staff at Willow Creek Community Church, where he played a leading role in developing more than 90 internal ministries and the leadership for each. Today, he is the Senior Lead Pastor at Discovery Church in Orlando.
Bruce Bugbee published Network, an award-winning equipping resource developed at Willow Creek Community Church, and trained Rick Warren’s staff at Saddleback Church in Network, where they developed S.H.A.P.E.
