Welcome back! Our guest today is Arielle Moody, founder of Mama Sol, an innovative, multi purpose mineral sun care brand!

Arielle has spent the entirety of her adult life immersed in the beauty industry. From her early days working on the beauty sales floor as a trainer for brands like Smashbox and Bite Beauty and then working as head of Product Development for Skinn Cosmetics to her current role as head of sales for a top cosmetics packaging and formulation company, she has always known she would one day set out on her own and create something truly different from anything else she had seen.

The day she found out she was expecting her first child, she started researching all of the ingredients to avoid when pregnant and couldn’t believe how long the list was. One of the most disturbing things she discovered was how toxic most sunscreens are, a product she used daily. She started purchasing and buying dozens of natural, mineral sunscreens and noticed they all had one thing in common, they all made her want to wash her face right after application and left an undesirable white cast on her skin...
