Is young earth creationism a mandatory belief? We both grew up in a context where the young earth view of creation was a prominent (and nearly mandatory) view, and we want to introduce other perspectives to the viewer. We also want to create unity among Christians by showing the biblical and external reasons other Christians hold different interpretations of the creation.
