“Braid Theory” which imitates plaits exists in science, why is there a S.T.E.M. gap in blacks and women. Braids are of interest to both. Using braids as a foundation, S.T.E.M, Braids and Beyond introduces S.T.E.M. as accessible.
Mission: Bridging the S.T.E.M. gap in underrepresented communities to improve wealth distribution by;
1) Cultivating unisex S.T.E.M. interest,
2) Identifying technical aptitude to boost confidence,
3) S.T.E.M. workforce preparation
