Why can’t we find drivers, what can be done to attract younger people and more women to the industry? We speak with Jude Groves, Board Chair of Alberta Motor Transport Association, Dale Howard, a 40-year veteran and current instructor and Doug Sutherland, chair of CTA’s Blue Ribbon Task Force on driver shortage.
