Do you ever feel like you just need to stop and pause? I’m so grateful for Emily Mason for coming in and doing a special event for all of us last week. Emily has created an acronym called STOP, which in itself is just great, because sometimes we just need to be told to stop and pause. Here's what STOP stands for: STOP S - Pause, sigh and smile: right now, as you are reading this, give it a go. Sigh then smile, you can do it in meetings, at the bus stop, anywhere, it’s so easy. We can all do this. T - You will never guess this, but T stands for treat yourself like a toddler, what the heck?? Have you ever watched a new mum fussing over her first-born baby?
