Chod practice was started by Machig Labdron in Tibet in the 11th century which invokes and nurtures the very demons we fear and hate, transforming reactive emotions into love. This is the Throema Tshogbum which is an offering of a feast. I love the practice of these precious teachings which I received empowerment from my dad and him from his precious Guru Chabjey Dudjom Jigdrel Yeshi Dorji. I feel it is only right that I share these precious prayers for the benefit of all.
