Salem was a Senior Managing Director on Providence Equity’s investment team and served as a member of the investment committee and management committees, helping grow the firm to over $50 billion of assets under management. In 1999, Salem established the London office for Providence Equity and in 2008 launched Providence Equity’s credit affiliate, Benefit Street Partners. In 2014, Salem led the purchase of Merganser, a Providence Equity affiliate, and in 2017, formed Providence Public, a long/short hedge fund. Miller is the President and CEO of the American Gaming Association (AGA), which represents the $329 billion U.S. casino industry. Since joining the AGA in 2019, Miller has elevated the association’s influence in Washington, advanced key industry priorities, and deepened member engagement. In 2019, the American Gaming Association (AGA) launched the "Have A Game Plan" campaign to educate sports fans about the principles of responsible sports betting. This campaign emphasizes key guidelines, including setting a budget and adhering to it, keeping betting a social activity, understanding the odds, and placing bets with trusted, regulated operators. In 2021, SeventySix Capital became the first investment firm to join the initiative. Most notably, under Miller’s leadership, the AGA navigated the gaming industry through the COVID-19 pandemic. He led the advocacy effort that united AGA members and the broader gaming industry, secured unprecedented federal relief and created a favorable policy landscape for gaming’s remarkable recovery. He has advanced efforts to strengthen the gaming industry’s commitment to responsibility, build a sustainable legal sports betting market, accelerate casino payments modernization, diminish the illegal gambling market, and initiate industry-wide efforts on workforce development and sustainability. Miller has also reinvigorated the Global Gaming Expo, the gaming industry’s premier tradeshow. Miller has more than three decades of experience on Capitol Hill and representing business interests in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining the AGA, Miller served as the top lobbyist at Business Roundtable, the association of chief executive officers of America’s leading companies. During his tenure, he led consequential lobbying efforts to pass the landmark 2017 tax reform legislation and usher in the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement. Miller also spent time as a partner at international corporate communications firm Brunswick, providing strategic counsel to several U.S. and international corporations. At the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Miller served as senior vice president and national political director. Miller drove the Chamber’s political affairs and federal lobbying efforts for more than a decade, where he created a favorable policy environment for the U.S. business community to thrive. Early in his career, Miller served as chief of staff and campaign manager for Representative Constance A. Morella (MD-8), overseeing the Congresswoman’s legislative and political agenda. Miller is recognized as an influential leader in Washington, including being named to Washingtonian magazine’s Most Influential People List (2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024) and The Hill’s Top Lobbyists (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024). Miller is a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s C100, and he also sits on the Editorial Advisory Board of Global Gaming Business and iGB Executive. Pascrell also quarterbacked a successful campaign to pass the first-in-the-nation Online Gaming Act in New Jersey in 2013 and helped develop the regulatory regime that implemented the legislation. He has work in all 7 states that have legalized online gaming and continues his advocacy to further expand online gaming to other interested states. He has also been a pioneer in passing first in the nation legislation on Lottery Courier, Esports Wagering and Fixed Odds-Horse Racing. Public service and governance have been a cornerstone of Pascrell’s career. He has served as Counsel to New Jersey Governor James Florio (1989-1992), Chief of Staff to US Congressman Herb Klein(1992-1994), and Passaic County Counsel from 1998 to 2019, advising on critical governance matters through multiple terms. Rebuck was appointed by Governor Chris Christie in 2011 as Director of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. Before that, he served for 23 years as a Deputy Attorney General, specializing in policy guidance and regulatory reform. He played a key role in the legalization and implementation of internet gaming in New Jersey, with the state launching its online gaming platform in November 2013. Rebuck was instrumental in New Jersey’s efforts to legalize sports betting, culminating in the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2018 decision to overturn PASPA, allowing states to legalize sports wagering. Additionally, Rebuck led the opening of Hard Rock and Ocean Resorts casinos on the same day in June 2018.He holds a BA from Gettysburg College, a master’s degree from the University of Vermont, and a law degree from Widener University. Martelli is a legendary basketball coach with a career spanning nearly five decades, known for his leadership, integrity, and dedication. He spent 34 years at Saint Joseph's University, first as an assistant and then as head coach for 24 years, before joining the University of Michigan's basketball program in 2019 as associate head coach under Juwan Howard. At Michigan, Martelli helped lead the team to significant achievements, including a 2021 Big Ten title and back-to-back Sweet 16 appearances in the NCAA Tournament. Martelli’s coaching success includes numerous postseason victories, with highlights such as guiding Saint Joseph’s to an undefeated regular season in 2003-04 and earning National Coach of the Year honors in 2004. He is the all-time leader in career wins at Saint Joseph’s and has produced multiple NBA players, including Jameer Nelson and Delonte West. Beyond basketball, Martelli is committed to community service and education through his "Make a Difference" initiative. His goal is to inspire people—whether in schools, workplaces, or sports teams—to create positive change by embracing gratitude, building meaningful relationships, and striving for continuous improvement. Logsdon was born and raised in Ojai, CA., studied Entrepreneurship in Philadelphia at Drexel University, and spent time in SF, NYC, Charlotte, and LA before making Miami home in 2022. In Logsdon’s free time, he loves calling his friends to talk about the day, live music, homemade smoothies, pick-up basketball, watching Andrea Bocelli concerts on YouTube with his grandma, and hitting the cold plunge and sauna at the end of the day. He is responsible for leading commercialization efforts of all products and applications, as well as guiding the overall vision and strategy for the company. Prior to Diamond Kinetics, Handron served as director of an early stage technology commercialization program at the University of Pittsburgh. Handron serves on the advisory boards of several Pittsburgh start up companies and is actively involved with several local non-profit organizations. A native of Greenville, NC, Handron holds a B.S. from North Carolina State University and a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. C.J.
