Hey Dads,
Our family does a White Elephant gift exchange every year for Christmas and I ended up with a Squatty Potty this year. So this is my Squatty Potty Review.
If you are unfamiliar with the Squatty Potty, it’s a toilet stool riser so that you can squat while you use the bathroom. Squatting to poop makes for good bowel health and helps to avoid constipation. It’s the best defecating posture when you are on potty seats.
While you are taking a dump, you use the Squatty Potty to elevate your legs so that you are in more of a squatting position which will help to line up your colon and make it easier to use the bathroom. This is a funny stool, but it really does work. I have noticed that I have had healthier bowels since I started using one a few months ago.
