Hey Dads,
I bought this colander because I love how it is a collapsible colander. It’s definitely the best colander that we have. It is great for storing in the cabinet in the kitchen, or if we travel to go camping we can easily put it into our camping bucket and take it with us because it does collapse.
I also love that it is a silicone colander, because it won’t break as easy as our plastic colander did. This colander is also dishwasher safe, so when I’m loading the dishwasher, I collapse the colander and put it in like a dinner plate and it gets perfectly clean every time.
If you are wondering how to use a colander, all you do is boil boil something in water and then use the colander to separate the water from what you were boiling. A colander is also called a strainer, like a pasta strainer or a berry strainer.
Squish also makes other colander that are an over the sink colander, a berry colander, and a large colander, which are all linked up above.
