Alexis Skopos is a licensed mental health counselor in Florida who lost her mom at the age of 9. Her intense grief led to many bad decisions from that pain. Her Greek background grounds her in the concept of leading a well-balanced life and gain a sense of control, which is the approach she brings to her practice as well as to her life.
