We have noticed that the New Age spiritual community is doing everyone a huge disservice when it comes to ascension by focusing too much on love and light. There is nothing wrong with embracing love and light as a way to frame the focus of your journey, but not enough are talking about the other side of ascension - the shadow and trauma work that is necessary to heal. Believe it or not, there is an actual trap on this planet called False Ascension and it is a delusion that makes people comfortable with their current state of existing, even if they are unhappy.
Tiarra and Ali have seen the affect of this trap first-hand, and the ladies are convinced that many people are stuck in the same delusion. Escaping it and truly ascending requires courage and the ability to have deep self reflection while diving deep into your shadows.
