Director of Agronomy at Oakland hills Country Club, Phil Cuffare comes on during preparations for the U.S. Junior Amateur Golf Championsips. Phil talks about what it's like to work at a busy property with pleanty to keep his hands full. He also gets into some of the differences between member golf compared to tournament golf.
