With the work I do as a healer and yoga teacher, I hear so many human stories and so many are similar. If only we could talk to each other and connect. I’ll be hosting these storytellers and visionaries on here via interviews, so they can share, heal and shine light in the shadows of their truths. My hope is to offer all of you connection, to feel seen, and to heal along with the person sharing their story. My goal is for people to see themselves in the stories of others, and amplify collective healing and empowerment in our culture. Additionally, I’ll be interviewing really cool people who do really cool shit that I find interesting! From wellness, to healing, yoga, music, food, adventure, all the inspiration! It’s time for us to feel more connected, search beyond the surface, find understanding, stop judging, and feel held and seen by our naturally empathic hearts. If you’ve met me in person, then you know that people feel completely disarmed and tell me their whole, incredible life story. Now it’s time to open that gift up to the world.
