The deal Ryan discusses in this episode is a prime example of playing the long game!
Ryan has been negotiating since March 2020, it's one of his largest deals this year, that only became available because of the Lockdown, today this deal has been signed.
It's for a £5.5m hotel that accommodates 70 guests and has 2 restaurant rooms for 70 people to dine in, which we may open as a restaurant too.
