My guest today is Adam Hans. Adam serves as an Ethylene Shift Supervisor for Chevron Philips. Working in the petrochemical industry can be very fast paced and stressful, and Adam shares about how he leads well in a high stress environment. He also opens up about workplace failure and reflects on how his failure has helped him grow into a better, more understanding leader.
