We are tasting the Kuhlman Cellar’s Calcaria. This white wine blend is majority Roussanne with other Mediterranean white grapes that are all grown in Texas. It is a medium bodied wine with tropical fruit scents, a full mouthfeel, and a zippy, lingering finish. The wine’s name is drawn from the calcium based soils on the estate.
