Kate is a clinical psychologist, co-owner of the group psychology practice Juniper Mental Health (https://junipermh.com/), and she specializes in treating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, body-focused repetitive behaviors, problematic perfectionism, and related concerns in adults. Kate uses several evidence-based therapies in her work, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure-based Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Habit Reversal Training.
