This week’s episode "A Caregiver's Christmas" is all about finding joy in the journey, even during the holiday season. Our team’s desire is to help families find peace and comfort during Christmas. We also desire as always to help those living with dementia have the best holiday possible.
Today's special guest is Mary Anne's friend, mentor, and the one that keeps her grounded, Toni Joleen Clay. Toni is on her fifth experience as a caregiver. She will be the first to tell you that the education as a counselor along with her studies at Johns Hopkins could not prepare her for the intense journey ahead. Yet, she finds great joy in serving those she loves. After all, is that not what we are supposed to do? This episode will help all of you who care for your loved ones during this holiday season.
