Hello & Welcome to Re~Creation Meditation.
This practice is designed to bring you into a deep state of rest by making space within your mind & body. Whether you use it for entering a deep state of sleep at night or for non-sleep deep rest (NSDR) during the day ~ may this practice be a new tool in your toolbox supporting your well-being for your daily life adventure.
A gentle reminder as always, that you are your own expert.
These practices are designed to be a safe space to explore, experience & expand as you meditate ~ so please make sure to follow what feels good, taking mindful care of yourself as you navigate your own personal inner exploration.
These offerings are invitations to take what works & leave the rest, being kind as you meet yourself where you are today. If you find yourself at a growth edge, I encourage you to explore... but if it doesn't feel safe or generative for you today, know that you can always return here another time.
