In the aftermath of Cybertron's orbit around the Earth, the Autobots find themselves picking up the pieces for the people of Earth. Starscream continues to use Dr. Arkeville as a means to take over both the Decepticons and Cybertron. Megatron and the Autobots do their best to foil each other, while also battling the plans of Starscream to avoid the destruction of Earth once more.
