The plaintiff says she dated the defendant and paid for all sorts of things for him. She says the slickster always promised to pay her back, but he never did. She’s suing to get back what she’s owed. The defendant says they both bought things for each other, and any money was a gift.

The plaintiff says the defendant was his tenant, but the man flooded the place so he didn’t renew the lease. He also says the tenant snuck out in the middle of the night and trashed the place, so he’s suing for the cost of damages. The defendant says the plaintiff is making up the damages and even stole his security deposit. He’s countersuing for money he’s still owed.
