Welcome, John Abraham, to the I.T. Factor Podcast!
In this episode, Mr. Abraham speaks about his highs and lows while playing football. Starting with the first snap he took in the NFL until the last play he played in his career.
He spoke on the importance of taking care of yourself regarding concussions and how being in tune with your mental health is essential. He said he was working to correct many wrongs that he made once his career had ended.
He spoke on the downfalls of life after football how he had to seek out help with his mental issues, and how he had to downsize his life plans, for example, getting a smaller home and planning out his days. To see the progress he has made is such a blessing.
When asked what his it factor is, he stated that his three daughters are the reason he is still here, and although he loves the game of football. It took him away from them, and he is working to make up for lost time now, I must say that he is a fantastic father!
