Brendnetta Ashley is an esteemed hairstylist, recognized for her expertise in all hair types and bold, creative techniques. Surrounded by family members who were hairdressers, Brednetta seemed destined to pursue this path, with a passion for beauty ingrained in her from a young age. This deep-rooted passion for the beauty world guided her path to becoming a highly skilled and celebrated hairstylist.

With nearly 20 years of experience, she has mastered techniques ranging from textured hair, to vivids, braids, and balayage. Brendnetta is a member of the Schwarzkopf Digital Artistic Team and has been featured in prominent outlets such as Vogue, Elle, Oprah Daily, and People Magazine.

Brendnetta showcased her creativity and talent in the “Up Your Hair Game” campaign with Venus Williams, where she created two distinct wig looks: the “Blond Bombshell” and the “Lived in Brunette.” Her innovative approach and unique styling skills were evident in each of Williams' looks.

As a Black beauty professional, Brendnetta views her role as one that embraces all hair types, understands cultural roots, and celebrates the beauty inherent in every style. She advocates for texture education to be a standard part of hairstyle training, not just a specialty area. Through her work, Brendnetta is not only pursuing her love for hairstyling but also making a meaningful impact in the industry.
