Ernestine Shepherd is a 86 year -old bodybuilder.

One day, 30 years ago, Ernestine was trying on swimsuit and it did not fit her the way she wanted.

Then her sister suggested that she begins exercising.

And they both began weight training together and Ernestine has not stopped the activity since then.
