Competing is important for both goal oriented and process oriented athletics and can be a fun and rewarding experience for fitness or CrossFit enthusiasts as well. If you enjoy doing the Olympic lifts in your training (Snatch and Clean and Jerk) then you should be competing in the sport of Weightlifting!
