I have found your grandmother very interesting a Shakhseya as you call her at her time, however, no one believed while your writing that she is your real hero and that u want to write a book on her right? Tell us more about your grandmother.
When you visited Egypt you wrote that you were impressed by the difference between Egypt and Syria starting from the Tahrir Square size tell me more about it .
When a bomb reaches the heart of the capital, there is always this conspiracy theory and the other narrative that this is real terrorist, I think this is a discussion in many parts of the world now with all the activities of the secret agencies whether it’s a foreign or local, tell me what people in Damascus used to say ?
When the opposition started to fire back with arms at the regime, don’t you think that this was inevitable; after forces poured in from nearby countries and regarding the previous history of the regime with what happened in Hama in 1982?
Tell me about your trip to the refugees camp at the borders with Turkey?
You talked about how people live with the tragedy that happens to the people surrounding them with ease and called this, The balanced sheet. As long as you are unhappy, or have been wronged, you cannot be complicit in someone else’s tragedy”
