This month we take a closer look at the changes being made to the targeted support offer for children and young people with SEND who cannot access mainstream activities in their local communities. Actio Consortium are a collective of community and voluntary sector organisations who share a passion for making community activities more accessible to SEND families. They are comprised of Energize Shropshire Telford & Wrekin, Ignition CIC, and PACC Shropshire (that's us!), who collectively aim to improve the range and quality of Short Breaks activities by providing a new approach to All In Short Breaks program development and commissioning.
