“When you work in a startup, relative to a larger company, you're going to be dramatically unqualified for somewhere between 20 and 50% of the job you end up being asked to do. At the end of the day, everybody at a at a smaller company gets to do things that they didn't necessarily have a background in, or extensive experience or training in. And that can be invigorating. It can be exciting.”
