Scott Tekesky is the Director of Talent Acquisition and HR for Chameleon Consulting Group, also known as CCG. CCG is almost wholly remote or hybrid remote, can clear for all their contracts, and will grow headcount by 50% in 2023. Their culture embraces humility and the importance of freely saying, “I don’t know the answer.”
