The Russian invasion of Ukraine is undoubtedly being closely monitored by Chinese strategists looking for lessons to be learned, should they decide to invade Taiwan. The harassment by Chinese fighters over Taiwanese territory raises the question - can Taiwan defend itself? Will Europe and the west rally to its defence the same way as its done to Ukraine's? And what lessons are there to be learned from the war in Ukraine?

The guests in this episode are Jakub Janda, director of the European Values Center for Security Policy and Jojje Olsson, swedish journalist and founder of Kinamedia based in Taiwan.
