Maria Harron joins me (Kev) to chat about her Virtual London Marathon and mental health. Maria chose to fund raise for Andy's Man Club a men's mental health charity in memory of a friend, Mike, who took his own life earlier this year. There have been a lot of great VLM stories going around, great achievements, this is a local story that caught my attention and I wanted to be able to share with you all.
