In this episode, I spoke to Jake Wincomb 2x U23 world champion for GBR and 2x Henley winner with Oxford Brookes, which are just a few from his impressive achievements.He discussed how he learnt from a difficult loss in his first year and how it drove him to perform better and what he learned in order to win the events he did in the following years.
