Come check out our 73rd episode of Ridge RUNers Live with Milisa Fabian Strain and Carol Youngblood! These two ran the Canal Corridor 100 Miler a few weeks back and have incredible stories to share from the race. Carol finished 5th place running 21 hours 40 minutes! Milisa ended up getting cut-off but showed incredible determination by continuing to run the 100-mile course in 37 hours.
