This week’s episode features Rice Architecture Professor Carlos Jimenez speaking with Cade Manning Hayes and Jesus Robles Jr. Cade and Jesus are the founding members of the architecture firm DUST, based in Tucson Arizona. DUST was recently awarded the Rice Design Alliance 2019 Spotlight award. They discuss their unique approach to architecture in the southwest, the key commission that started their firm off on the right foot and even how they came up with their unique studio name.
