Les addictions ce n'est pas ce que tu penses et ça n'a rien de bien sorcier.
Si on en fait tout un plat c'est justement parce-qu'on tourne en boucle dessus mais en vérité ce n'est rien de spécial.
Il suffit juste de comprendre comment ton mental s'y est pris à la source pour faire naître cette addiction et comment ton corps fonctionne naturellement, et enfin d'utiliser cette source à ton avantage pour soit supprimer ton addiction soit la réduire à un rythme naturel qui te conviendrait.
