On this episode of Real Talk University, Andre and Christian sat down with Jordan Gross, the executive coach at Cloud Nine Living, best selling author, and a TedX speaker. Jordan’s work ethic and determination to connect with and impact as many people as possible is incredible, and his daily routine of outreach and organic social media growth is mind boggling. Jordan is extremely well versed in mindset and personal growth, and the conversation we had with him was both very unique and extremely impactful. He dropped a ton of knowledge, but here are the 3 main takeaways:

Reverse engineer your fans. Garnering a following organically is certainly the optimal way to create an audience, but doing the outreach yourself is often times more efficient. Putting in the leg work to send messages, do interviews, and stay active on social media will allow you to connect with people that will often times turn into fans of your content and message.
Make your own morning routine. Having a morning routine can be key in being effective throughout the day, but following one that you find online won’t necessarily be beneficial to you. By crafting your own unique routine that will get you out of bed and excited to start your day, you will be willing to stick to it day in and day out and get your day started on a positive note.
Do everything for a bigger purpose. Realizing that your work can leave an impact on a significant amount of people will keep you honest in your work, keep you motivated, and help you to foster meaningful relationships that are based on much more than just business and money. Money is a great motivator, but finding fulfillment in helping others and leaving an impact is what will give all of your work true meaning.
