I hear it over and over ... "I know keto works for others, but it just doesn't work for me." It's like daggers to my ears. Because I know they are missing out. So many people try what they THINK is keto on their own. So many people try to switch to a strict keto WAY too fast, without allowing their mind, body, families, and habits to "catch up."
