Raw Gypsy Not Quite Hippie

In this episode, I had the unique opportunity to conduct an interview with a young man who is literally on the other side of the globe. Kevin Luna of vegan_luna_ is a currently in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia) at the time of this interview and spends most of his day in Kuwait.

Kevin has healed himself of an auto-immune disorder, called Ankylosing Spondylitits on a plant-based diet. This auto-immune disorder can be extremely debilitating and would have caused Kevin to be on medication the rest of his life. he decided to take his health and life into his own hands. Adopt a plant-based diet and is no longer required to medicate for his diagnosis.

Kevin has also become a passionate activist for the animals and environment. A voice for the voiceless. He uses his social media platforms, such as his podcast and You Tube channel to bring awareness to the unnecessary slaughter and inhumane treatment of innocent life.

He and I also have a little debate about the vegan diet vs a raw vegan diet. It was quite informative and entertaining.
