In Episode 9, R.B. shares her heart about the need for women to exercise self-care when it appears they are unable to fix life issues or change the people they care for. Women must give themselves grace because while we are influencers, some things are just out of our control. R.B. acknowledges that women are natural caregivers who give their very best to those they love. Women are spirited and determined to make a success of all they touch and it's hard to accept that they are unable to change the complexities of life. Coming to this realization makes some women feel like a failure, but this could not be further from the truth. We are simply women who understand our limitations and that there comes a point when we have to make a critical decision to sink or swim--- to either go down with the boat or swim to safety and live!
