Depression doesn't take away your talents—it just makes them harder to find. In the 7th episode of my '50 Days Til 50' series, I'm getting real about the depression I went through when I lived in Los Angeles. I’m beyond grateful to have made it out of that dark place to see the sunlight again. Mental health is so important, and that's why I advocate for it so passionately.
