As a youth softball coach, I learned that if our athletes felt good about themselves they would play alot better. Business teams are the same, but sometimes leaders withhold praise and joy for some reason. Maybe it's stress or some other blockage. Leadership w/ positivity and combined with candor will give you a pretty lethal combination. Give it a try.
