Tracking Your Activity: Harnessing Data for Health

Today’s session is called "Track Your Activity" to Prevent T2, and the importance of tracking physical activity to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes. By the end of this episode, you’ll be able to identify some different tracking methods, and understand the importance for consistency in tracking to achieve long-term health goals.
