Reporter Bayliss Wagner writes: “In social media posts, the [Democrat backing] PAC has painted statements like Devine’s 2012 speech as evidence that the incumbent justices can’t be trusted to rule impartially.” But then never sees the hypocrisy of the entire message that Republicans who are openly on one side of the abortion argument are claimed to be unable to “rule impartially” and yet Democrats openly on the other side of the argument are? That should be the main line of questioning of the piece given its context but it is ignored by the reporter.
